Terms & Conditions

 

Agreement:

• This is a full payment for services provided by Vizurii GIS Data Analytics, LLC (also known as Vizurii) for consulting services as stipulated in the current Small Business Package contract agreement for service.

• By clicking (Agree) you are agreeing to be legally bound to the terms of the contract as if you had physically or digitally signed the contract. Therefore, clicking agree is the same as signing the Small Business contract in its most current iteration.

• By clicking (Agree) you are also agreeing that:

  •  You have read and fully understand the terms that are stipulated herewith.

• Further, by clicking (Agree) you understand that:

  • The online payment option is meant to be a convenient and cost-effective means of paying for services provided by Vizurii GIS Data Analytics, LLC.

  • However, it is highly recommended that both 1) an initial consultation with a designated member of Vizurii and 2) a full review and formal (physical or digital) signature to the most current iteration of the Small Business Contract are completed. A full and complete understanding of the Small Business Package Contract should be ascertained before clicking “agree” and making any payment.

  • By clicking “I agree to the terms and conditions” you are saying that you have read and thoroughly understood the terms outlined herewith and agree to be legally bound by these terms as well as the terms stipulated in the most current iteration of Small Business Package contract.

  • Lastly, Vizurii GIS Data Analytics, LLC nor any of its employees, contractors or affiliates shall be held responsible for failure to consult or read or understand this agreement or stipulations made in the formal Small Business Package contract before making payment.

• Refund Policy:

  • Vizurii is a growing startup company and every service and product that we sell impacts our business significantly. Our return policy reflects our wish to accommodate our client’s needs while continuing to grow our business at a sustainable rate. Therefore, we stipulate that upon clicking agree, you agree that once payment is made, all sales are considered final.

  • However, we realize that things come up and the unexpected happens. Therefore, if the unforeseen happens and a request for refund is made, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid (less any processing fees) will be granted to the payee if and only if:

    • The request for refund is made in writing within 48-hours of receipt of payment. Failure to make request in writing or exceeding the 48-hour limit will result in forfeiture of refund and cancellation of contracts and any responsibility on the part of Vizurii GIS Data Analytics, LLC to perform any services. Request for cancellation should be e-mailed to vizuriigis@gmail.com or to any email address provided on the company website.

    • It is the responsibility of the party requesting the refund to make sure that they request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and receive a confirmation of that request as proof that the request of refund was made and received. If a confirmation e-mail is not sent by Vizurii, you should assume that it has not been received yet.

    • Request for refunds made in writing within 48 hours of receipt shall constitute cancellation of the agreement herewith as well as any contracts and any responsibility on the part of Vizurii GIS Data Analytics, LLC or any of its employees or affiliates to perform or complete any services.

• Data Privacy, Security & Storage:

  • Each project is unique and will require unique data, methods, storage and security measures. Therefore, it is likely that we will not know the data, methods and storage requirements for this project until the project has begun and Vizurii is able to discuss the particulars with key stakeholders, data stewards and other client team leadership.

  • However, when using any Vizurii products and services or our website, we appreciate that you are trusting us with your data and information, which may contain personal information. We take your data privacy and security very seriously. While we cannot 100% guarantee that a data breach will never occur; Vizurii can assure that your data requirements, including (but not limited to) QA/QC as well as secure transfer and storage are highest priority.

  • Please be advised that payment for the Small Business Package is typically accepted online through the Vizurii website, which is published by Wix. Wix and/or its affiliates will facilitate a secure Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Additional fees may apply. The client agrees to pay any additional fees for the EFT.

• Project Duration & Cost:

  • The Small Business Package is a consulting project comprised of carefully curated products and services offered by Vizurii and is designed to process over the course of approximately 18 weeks. The project can commence any time after payment has been received online, in full and receipt of payment has been acknowledged by Vizurii.

  • The total cost of the Small Business Package is $11,050.00. However, because payment is made online, upfront and in full - the total cost of the Small Business Package is reduced by 10%, bringing the total cost of the project to $9, 945.00.
